Co-founded and built the Design Activation (dAct) team from the ground up, a new function within H-E-B’s Digital organization focused on scaling design impact to non-design teams with limited access to design support.

Defined the dAct team’s structure, cadences, and best practices from scratch; establishing norms that enabled the team to embed design thinking, improve alignment/consistency, and operate with greater autonomy.

Led the creation of a department-wide Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for DesignOps, including a refined information architecture (IA), best practices guide, and five reusable templates; resulting in 50 updated pages, 35 new pages, 72 archived pages, and ~120 re-homed pages.

Expanded SSOT efforts to the entire Digital organization (2,000+ employees), serving as subject-matter expert (SME) to define IA, foundational resources, contribution workflows, and a full implementation roadmap for over 11,000 pages; improving cross-team visibility and operational clarity.

Delivered a a career development toolkit for ~100 designers across multiple teams and levels, including 8 informational pages, 4 guides, and 14 templates across multiple tools; used to support growth conversations, performance cycles, and mentorship.

Created and scaled a mentorship program across the design org and adjacent teams, improving career clarity and peer/leader development for 100+ participants.
